Job Title: Data Analyst II

Job Summary: We are representing an opportunity for a detail-driven professional to support enterprise master data operations across critical business functions. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate, complete, and governed SAP data that helps enable reliable reporting, efficient processes, and strong operational control.
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, extend, block, and maintain SAP master data across projects, materials, cost centers, profit centers, general ledger accounts, fixed assets, suppliers, customers, business partners, and related objects.
- Review master data requests for completeness, accuracy, approvals, and supporting documentation, and process requests through ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing system.
- Validate master data attributes, hierarchies, organizational assignments, and dependencies; perform duplicate checks, cleansing, reconciliation, correction, and standardization.
- Support mass data uploads, data migrations, mapping, transformation, testing, validation, documentation, and continuous improvement of master data controls and procedures.
Required:
- Three to five years of experience supporting SAP master data, ERP data management, data governance, or related business processes.
- Need candidates only from Pharma/Biotech industry.
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining multiple SAP master data objects, with working knowledge of SAP master data structures, organizational assignments, hierarchies, and integration points.
- Understanding of integrated business processes such as Record to Report, Source to Pay, Order to Cash, Project Accounting, Asset Accounting, and Supply Chain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, filters, and large data-set analysis; experience using ServiceNow or another workflow and ticketing platform is preferred.
