Job Title: Data Center Technician
Location: Hagerstown, Maryland (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and adaptable professional to support the daily operation of a critical data center environment. Our team is looking for someone who can help maintain reliable infrastructure, respond to facility issues, and contribute to consistent uptime through strong monitoring and maintenance practices.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain critical and non-critical infrastructure, equipment, and systems within the data center.
- Monitor power, cooling capacity, and environmental conditions across the data halls, and complete facility rounds at the start of each shift.
- Perform preventative maintenance, site monitoring, and support for pumps, fire systems, and other facility systems as needed.
- Respond to electrical and mechanical issues, assist with emergencies, and coordinate with contractors while following critical facility work rules.
Required:
- 5-7 years of experience.
- 1-3+ years of experience in mission critical environments, preferred.
- Prior military or technical school training, preferred.
- Electrical or mechanical license, preferred.
