Job Title: Data Center Technician
Location: Hartland, Wisconsin (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to help maintain critical building operations in a fast-paced environment. Our team is seeking someone who can follow established procedures, respond to issues quickly, and contribute to safe, reliable daily operations across facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily rounds and readings, monitor equipment, and document maintenance activities and issues in a consistent manner.
- Support mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks, including routine checks, troubleshooting, minor repairs, and basic maintenance.
- Assist with building operations by monitoring work orders, supporting contractors, and helping with inspections, grounds tasks, and general facility upkeep.
- Follow MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, and site safety requirements while working across multiple sites, shifts, weekends, overtime, and on-call schedules as needed.
Required:
- Must be able to work in a critical environment and follow strict methods of procedure, standard operating procedures, and emergency operating procedures.
- Must have general knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing skills and be able to apply them to a wide variety of challenges.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, use ladders, and work at heights not exceeding 30 feet in a safe and reliable manner.
- Must be available for overtime, on-call coverage, diverse shifts, weekends, and work at different sites as required; must own a reliable method of transportation.
