Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support high-volume administrative and money movement processing within a collaborative banking operations environment. This role plays an important part in helping the team maintain timely, accurate handling of requests for high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities:
- Process repetitive task requests and complete daily approval activities following training.
- Review and approve Virtual Tickets tied to money movement tasks between like-titled and non-like-titled accounts.
- Support officer code updates and other basic administrative processing needs.
- Work closely with team members across multiple hubs to help manage increased request volume and maintain timely completion.
Required:
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Pittsburgh, PA.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Must have dependable transportation to report to the office as required and be able to transport a laptop safely each day.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and follow and relay direction.
- Must be computer literate with experience using Outlook and Teams; Excel is a nice to have.
- Must have customer service experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
