Job Title: Data Management Analyst
Location: Strongsville, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support enterprise data initiatives by contributing to data management and governance processes. Our team values strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality data solutions for impactful business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive data analysis and profiling to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Document and maintain source-to-target mapping (STM) for efficient data integration and migrations.
- Design data sourcing, mapping, and documentation throughout the development cycle, including intake, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with team members to drive data governance and management best practices in banking domain projects.
Required:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data management and data governance, preferably within the banking domain.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Teradata database systems.
- Advanced skills in ETL processes and tools, specifically Informatica, as well as data warehousing.
- Demonstrated experience with CA7 or any job scheduler, plus creating, documenting, and maintaining source-to-target mapping (STM).
