Job Title: Data & Reporting Engineer

Job Summary: We work to deliver impactful data solutions that drive operational excellence and compliance within the organization. Our team is seeking a skilled professional to enhance reporting quality and support continuous improvement through effective data management and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, operations, support, and business teams to define reporting requirements, improve data quality, and deliver accurate insights for end user technology services and compliance objectives.
- Design, document, and diagram new data feeds and end-to-end data flows, including source systems, transformations, dependencies, controls, and output destinations for operational and compliance reporting.
- Build, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Microsoft Power BI and related tools, ensuring clear and accurate presentation of metrics, trends, exceptions, and compliance indicators.
- Develop and tune SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and datasets to support scalable reporting, reconciliation, and feed validation across structured and semi-structured data sources.
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Graph, Alteryx, relational data concepts, ETL/ELT patterns, APIs, data modeling, and reporting best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
- Demonstrated experience with dashboard design, DAX, data cleansing, reconciliation, feed monitoring, and enterprise reporting governance.
- Strong understanding and experience with data architecture, data lineage, source system analysis, structured and semi-structured data, validation controls, exception handling, and enterprise data movement.
