Job Title: Data Scientist

Job Summary: We are seeking professionals eager to drive advanced scenario modeling, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to support executive-level business planning and supply chain decision-making. Our team collaborates closely with stakeholders to modernize digital workflows, enhance decision transparency, and empower data-driven planning through innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Support structured problem framing with supply chain and integrated business planning stakeholders, translating planning questions into quantitative analyses and scenario models.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models involving forecasting, optimization, and simulation to drive improved planning decisions across operations.
- Build and implement AI-enabled tools for automated scenario analysis, exception detection, and workflow automation that accelerate decision making.
- Create interactive analytics applications for stakeholders, summarizing executive-level insights and supporting the adoption of advanced data and AI-driven methodologies.
Required:
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in analytics or modeling roles.
- Proficiency with Python (including Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL for data querying and model development.
- Demonstrated experience supporting supply chain analytics, scenario modeling, or decision support initiatives, with strong communication and presentation skills for business and technical audiences.
- Familiarity with integrated business planning (IBP), sales & operations planning processes, and building AI/LLM-enabled workflow automation tools.
