Job Title: Consumer Insights Survey Programmer

Job Summary: Our team is on the lookout for a dynamic Consumer Insights Survey Programmer who will drive innovation using Gen AI tools across the Scaled Ops Pod. We are committed to leveraging groundbreaking technology to transform survey programming and qualitative research, providing extraordinary insights that power decision-making within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize GenAI tools such as Claude and Cursor AI to meticulously program quantitative research surveys and ensure the highest quality of data.
- Develop workflows for survey programming, quality checks, localization, and member experience management across research projects.
- Offer support for survey-related ad hoc tasks within the Scaled Ops project framework, fostering collaboration with third-party vendors for focus groups and reporting requests.
- Identify and drive innovative opportunities to increase operational efficiency and empower research operations to deliver unparalleled insights.
Required:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in programming complex, technical surveys using Decipher.
- Proficiency with GenAI tools like Claude and Cursor, showcasing excellent quality assurance management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills combined with the flexibility to accommodate global time zones for seamless collaboration.
- A passion for research, with the ability to screen early TV shows and movies to deliver insights to consumers.
