Job Title: Design and Analysis Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and documentation of electronic and electrical connectivity system requirements for complex, multi-tiered projects. Our team relies on this critical role to drive innovation, manage systems integration, and assure that all operational and functional connectivity requirements are successfully met across the full product lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts with customers to develop and document complex connectivity system requirements and ensure alignment across all deliverables.
- Oversee analysis and translation of requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs, and interface specifications, ensuring robust validation strategies are in place.
- Manage performance and integration of critical suppliers, conducting program-independent reviews and providing detailed reports to leadership stakeholders.
- Support ongoing research into emerging technologies for application to company business needs, providing insight for technology investment recommendations.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 14 years of experience, Master's degree with 12 years' experience, or PhD with 9 years' experience in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry from an accredited program.
- Proven experience leading systems engineering, integration, and test activities across the product lifecycle, including hardware development and new production system activation.
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with laboratory and aircraft testing, as well as development of program test strategies.
- Willingness to work on-site in Everett, WA, with domestic travel as required (California/Illinois area).
