Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Gallatin, Tennessee (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking talented individuals to deliver exceptional technology support to employees across various settings. Our team works in a dynamic environment where swift and effective troubleshooting is vital to enable seamless work productivity for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding technology support by listening to user issues, soliciting feedback, and resolving device hardware and application-related concerns.
- Diagnose, research, resolve, or escalate technical issues across multiple service channels using standard tools and documented processes.
- Deliver a positive customer experience both in person and virtually to ensure consistency in service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Apply knowledge of relevant technologies and application products in a customer-focused technology support environment.
Required:
- 4-5 years of in-depth experience troubleshooting workstations and server hardware devices.
- Familiarity with remote desktop assistance tools such as Nextthink.
- Experience with automation and scripting, Service Now, SCCM, JamF, Zoom, MS Teams, and Slack.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
