Job Title: Developer – Integration Engineer
Location: North Hollywood, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support the development and integration of advanced Python/ROS2-based systems using COTS hardware. Our team delivers key capabilities at the intersection of software engineering and hardware integration, driving technical innovation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support development, provisioning, and checkout of Python/ROS2-based systems utilizing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware.
- Develop and update device drivers to maintain optimal system performance.
- Implement process improvements in system provisioning through automation and scripting.
- Perform software checkout and troubleshooting on testbeds and electronics hardware, contributing to enhancements in system reliability and performance.
Required:
- Proficiency in Python, particularly for tools and automation, and strong experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot both basic hardware issues (such as wiring or power) and software issues.
- Proficiency with scripting and automation tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
