Job Title: Digital Marketing Supervisor
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are working with a company seeking a Digital Marketing Supervisor to support strategy, execution, optimization, and analysis across paid social campaigns. This position offers the opportunity to help drive performance, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and contribute meaningful insights that support broader digital marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activation and execution of paid social campaigns from setup through launch and reporting.
- Lead reporting, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to help achieve performance goals.
- Support media planning and strategy while overseeing campaign processes, documentation, partner communications, trafficking, and optimizations.
- Collaborate with planning, measurement, creative, brand marketing, agency, and platform partners to support high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
Required:
- 3-4 years of hands-on paid social media planning and buying experience.
- Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is required.
- Experience with Pinterest and TikTok is a plus.
- Retail and/or performance marketing experience is a plus.
- General understanding of digital analytics platforms, such as Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite is required, particularly Excel.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
