Job Title: Digital Merchandising
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled merchandising professional to join our team and drive product strategy across key markets. Our team is responsible for bringing consumer-driven insights and robust analysis together to deliver compelling product assortments and maximize business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize marketplace data, consumer insights, and sales performance to influence strategic decisions and develop seasonal plans.
- Provide both qualitative and quantitative insights to cross-functional merchandising and consumer teams.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to create, adjust, and land assortments aligned with consumer needs across diverse regions.
- Lead the management and analysis of key performance indicators to inform business strategy and optimize product performance.
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in merchandising, product creation, or retail environments, preferably within footwear, apparel, or equipment.
- Demonstrated understanding of retail key performance indicators and profit-based metrics.
- Previous experience in market planning, buying, or product strategy with strong business and data analytics skills.
- Knowledge of global football culture and awareness of different regional markets; prior experience working within Asia Pacific or Latin America markets highly valued.
