Job Title: Directory Services and Messaging Analyst
Location: Houston, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to help manage and optimize essential Active Directory, Azure, O365, and messaging infrastructures. Our team values technical expertise and collaboration to ensure secure, scalable, and integrated services that support critical organizational functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and oversee scalable architecture and administration for Exchange on premises and Exchange Online, including migrations from on-prem Exchange to Exchange Online.
- Lead the design, implementation, and security of Active Directory services, Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform), and Group Policy Objects.
- Administer and automate tasks within messaging and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Exchange, Teams, Zoom, Workspace One, and Intune using PowerShell and Graph API.
- Conduct security assessments, provide escalated support for complex technical issues, and maintain thorough documentation and training to empower team members.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Active Directory, Azure, O365, PKI, DNS, and GPO administration, including Exchange Server (2013–2019) and Exchange Online.
- Expertise with Microsoft 365 services, Azure, Entra ID, migration projects from on-prem to cloud, PowerShell scripting, Intune, mobile device management, and Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO, MFA), Windows Server (2012-2022), and experience with security frameworks and automation tools.
