Job Title: EHS Analyst
Location: Davenport, Iowa (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting a company that is seeking an experienced professional to help strengthen environmental, health, and safety performance across a busy manufacturing site. Our team is looking for someone who can support compliance, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to a strong safety and environmental culture.
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily inspections of construction areas to support compliance with site requirements.
- Conduct trainings, periodic toolbox talks, and stand downs to reinforce safety and environmental awareness.
- Develop and implement site-specific EHS policies and procedures, while maintaining ISO 14001 certification requirements.
- Track corrective actions, support incident reporting and investigations, perform risk assessments, and assist with emergency action planning.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
- 5+ years of related work experience in a safety or environmental role.
- Experience with OSHA and EPA regulations, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
