Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Austin, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver custom engineering solutions that enable the sale of standard products for large-scale turnkey projects. Our team partners closely with customers, sales teams, engineering groups, and external collaborators to ensure tailored, high-quality technical solutions are designed, deployed, and sustained worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate daily with customers, alliance partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to design, implement, and sustain custom solutions.
- Generate requirements documents, statements of work, and bills of materials to support complex engineering projects.
- Define and drive project plans, manage milestones, and lead reviews to ensure systems meet requirements and are ready for deployment.
- Direct support personnel, guide technical decisions, and resolve field issues, with the flexibility to travel domestically and abroad as needed (up to 25%).
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering Technology.
- Minimum of 7 years relevant industry experience in hardware systems design or test engineering design roles.
- US Person (US Citizen or Green Card) status required, with ability to work on ITAR projects and qualify for DoD clearances.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering, electronics, and computer architectures, plus familiarity with high-level programming languages (LabVIEW, TestStand, C/C++/C#).
