Job Title: Electronic Lab Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our team and serve as a senior technical expert in electronic system development and testing. Our focus is on driving innovation in electronic design by mentoring junior staff and leading advanced research initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of highly complex electronic systems and components, providing technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct advanced research and experimentation to explore emerging technologies and develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
- Design and implement sophisticated test procedures and protocols to evaluate the performance, reliability, and functionality of electronic devices and systems.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior lab technicians while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in a laboratory or technical environment, with a focus on electronic design and testing.
- Extensive expertise in electronic design tools and software, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and simulation software.
- Proficiency in electronic test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers, with a strong emphasis on troubleshooting complex systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and provide mentorship to junior technicians.
