Job Title: Embedded Software Development Engineer
Location: Murrysville, Pennsylvania (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking talented professionals to join our team focused on the delivery of high-quality embedded software for the medical device industry. Responsibilities:
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, collaborating with peers to produce exceptional embedded software that meets all product requirements.
- Integrate software components and third-party libraries into existing systems, maintaining seamless functionality and interoperability.
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to uphold rigorous coding standards and ensure best practices throughout the development process.
- Analyze and optimize application performance to resolve bottlenecks, enhance user experience, and ensure software meets performance benchmarks.
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree, or minimum 3 years of experience with Master’s, in software development, software design and architecture, testing, quality assurance, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in firmware design and development for embedded applications using C/C++.
- Experience in software development within the medical industry or a highly regulated sector.
