Job Title: Employee Development Specialist 3
Location: Renton, Washington (Onsite)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced training professional to deliver high-impact learning experiences in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Our team is committed to helping individuals and groups reach their full potential through targeted coaching, classroom instruction, and hands-on skills development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead instructor-led training and coaching sessions for individuals and groups focused on aerospace manufacturing skills.
- Analyze learning requirements, establish clear objectives, and customize learning programs based on identified needs.
- Facilitate hands-on demonstrations using tools and equipment while ensuring a safe and productive classroom environment.
- Conduct assessments of participant performance and recommend process or performance improvements as needed.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- At least three years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations or related manufacturing support functions.
- Minimum of three years working in coaching, employee development, or instructional roles.
- Experience developing leadership or professional skills curriculum with a focus on training effectiveness and assessment.
- Ability to read, interpret, and instruct from technical blueprints or detailed work instructions; mechanical proficiency with classroom demonstration tools.
