Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that align with organizational goals and industry standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze learning needs and set clear objectives for training sessions.
- Deliver training content and evaluate its effectiveness against set goals.
- Conduct coaching sessions to enhance individual and group performance.
- Teach specialized content in areas such as Electrical, Structural, and Quality.
- Facilitate learning events, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
- Customize and deliver training using various methods and techniques.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 3 years in aerospace manufacturing or support roles.
- Proven experience in coaching or as an employee development specialist.
- Skilled in designing leadership development courses.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and detailed work instructions.
- Aerospace Manufacturing and Lean Certification(s) preferred.
- Experience with systems such as Structural, Electrical, and Repair.
