Job Title: Employee Development Specialist
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and skilled Employee Development Specialist to join our team. Our focus is on enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce, driving continuous learning and development in aerospace production system training.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectives to drive effective training sessions.
- Facilitate learning events and knowledge transfer, ensuring participants meet learning objectives and apply new skills in practice.
- Develop custom learning programs and courses tailored to aerospace skills such as Electrical, Structural, Seal, and more.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, coaching and developing instructors while maintaining industry standards.
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations or support, with a strong understanding of detailed work instructions.
- Proven experience in coaching, instructing, or as an employee development specialist with a focus on technical disciplines.
- Ability to deliver content and assess its effectiveness in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings, alongside technical expertise in areas like Structural, Electrical, or Repair.
