Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive learning requirements analysis and establish clear objectives.
- Deliver customized content and assess its effectiveness in targeted Aerospace Skills areas.
- Facilitate engaging learning events and provide insightful coaching for performance enhancement.
- Ensure adherence to safety precautions and compliance with regulations and standards.
Required:
- Advanced education such as a Bachelor's degree coupled with 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in conducting Train-the-Trainer sessions to expand team capabilities.
- Expertise in delivering training that complies with commercial, government, and organizational standards.
- Ability to perform assessments and recommend process improvements for optimized learning outcomes.
