Job Title: Employee Development Specialist
Location: Renton, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable professional to support our team’s learning and development initiatives within a specialized aerospace environment. Our team delivers targeted training and assessments to ensure consistent, high-quality skill development and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver content and facilitate learning events using a variety of training methods, ensuring ongoing knowledge transfer and compliance with objectives.
- Assess individual and group performance, conducting coaching sessions and recommending process and performance improvements.
- Prepare, customize, and deliver course materials, emphasizing safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead Train-the-Trainer sessions to qualify additional instructors and maintain a productive learning environment.
Required:
- Advanced education in a relevant field with at least six years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master’s degree plus four years’ experience, or ten years of related experience).
- Demonstrated experience in delivering technical training and learning programs within industrial or aerospace disciplines (such as Electrical, Structural, Quality, or Systems).
- Ability to facilitate group training sessions, conduct performance assessments, and implement structured coaching or team development interventions.
- Working knowledge of commercial, government, and regulatory training standards to ensure program compliance.
