Job Title: Employee Development Specialist
Location: Renton, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We seek a driven individual to refine and elevate organizational learning initiatives through the creation and delivery of impactful training programs. Our team is committed to fostering employee growth, safety, and performance in specialized areas within the aerospace industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectives for training sessions.
- Design, develop, and deliver course content using a variety of instructional methods and techniques.
- Facilitate employee coaching sessions to enhance individual or group performance and monitor outcomes.
- Emphasize safety precautions, maintain a positive learning environment, and promptly address any problem behaviors in accordance with policies.
Required:
- Experience with designing, developing, and delivering instructional materials tailored to learning objectives.
- Ability to perform as an instructor in one or more specialized aerospace content areas, including Electrical, Structural, Quality, or Systems.
- Proven skills in facilitation, coaching, assessing student performance, and conducting training using diverse delivery methods.
- Understanding of regulations and standards, ensuring compliance in courseware delivery.
