Job Title: Engineer 1
Location: Santa Ana, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary: Our team is seeking a talented individual to support capital project scoping and process improvement initiatives within a dynamic engineering environment. We are committed to technical excellence and cross-functional collaboration to drive reliable and efficient power distribution solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field assessments and perform power system modeling, including load flow studies.
- Support grid modernization, infrastructure replacement, and resiliency programs by scoping related projects.
- Document, track, and report on projects using the company’s internal project management tools.
- Collaborate with and provide recommendations to engineering teams and internal stakeholders to facilitate system and process improvements.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Working knowledge of distribution grids, automated equipment, and telemetry systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical maps and schematics.
- Familiarity with relevant engineering applications such as CYME, DMS, Circuit Viewer, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree required, along with strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
