Pay Rate: $39/hr – $41/hr

Position Overview:
- As an Engineer, you will take the lead in overseeing engineering projects within the pharmaceutical industry. Your primary focus will be on equipment verification, safety, and reliability, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take accountability for verification deliverables, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Drive design modifications to enhance the quality and safety of our processes.
- Develop and implement validation protocols and function test deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing teams, fostering collaboration and synergy.
- Champion safety measures during commissioning, validation, and maintenance activities.
- Provide timely troubleshooting support to minimize equipment downtime.
- Identify opportunities for improving equipment reliability and uptime, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong technical background in process equipment and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in data-driven analysis and decision-making.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical equipment management is a plus.
