Job Title: Engineer
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support the initiation, design, and delivery of automation-related projects. Our team values technical expertise and a proactive approach to driving validation activities within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support senior staff in project initiation, design, and delivery, primarily related to automation.
- Gather user requirements and translate them into technical documentation for execution by third-party firms.
- Assist with project definition through engineering studies and field assessments for automation system installations.
- Perform equipment and method validation activities, including execution of IQ/OQ protocols and support performance qualification.
Required:
- Completion of a master's degree; OR bachelor's degree with two years of experience; OR associate degree with six years of experience; OR high school diploma/GED with eight years of experience.
- Experience with method development and validation, including new equipment validation and lifecycle documentation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols, with involvement in Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility studies.
- Background supporting validation activities in regulated manufacturing; medical device experience not required.
