Job Summary: Our team is seeking dynamic individuals to lead Technology Transfer activities for Final Drug Product manufacturing. We focus on project management excellence within a GMP environment to ensure smooth transitions and high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage Technology Transfer projects to introduce new products to the manufacturing site.
- Lead site assessments and update project dashboards to achieve final objectives.
- Support engineering with Process Transfer Documents, protocols, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and project success.
Required:
- Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Experience with combination product Tech Transfer focusing on project management or manufacturing.
- Proficient with MS Office and Smartsheet; experienced in project scheduling software.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to succeed in an ambiguous environment.
