Job Title: Engineer
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives within facility management and plant engineering. Our team values adaptability, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to addressing infrastructure and utilities needs across multiple research and development sites.
Responsibilities:
- Support the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems at site locations.
- Respond to utility and equipment-related issues and lead multidisciplinary problem-solving teams.
- Manage and drive small capital projects while promoting compliant operations and safety practices.
- Coordinate vendor activities and assist internal engineering staff with day-to-day facilities support.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline preferred; Associate’s degree with significant practical experience considered for contract roles.
- 5–7 years of direct experience with building infrastructure systems or facility management.
- Technical understanding of equipment, mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or building infrastructure.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office programs.
