Job Title: Engineer
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing a company seeking an Engineer to support the development and lifecycle management of physical test methods, integrated testing machines, and related documentation. This position offers the opportunity to work on projects that connect engineering, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to help improve how testing and technical decisions are made.
Responsibilities:
- Support senior staff with project initiation, design, and delivery for testing and engineering activities.
- Develop, execute, and maintain physical test methods, lifecycle documentation, and associated protocols.
- Analyze test data, assist with project definition, and provide engineering recommendations based on field evaluations and studies.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to manage status, risks, and timelines.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience, or Master’s degree, or Associate degree with 6 years of experience, or high school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Statistical analysis experience and knowledge of Gage R&R.
- Preferred background in a regulated industry, GMP exposure, medical device experience, test method development, CAD design, Solidworks, mechanical modeling, manufacturing experience, IQ, OQ, PQ, optical measurement devices, force testers, BLE testing, MS Project, R, and Python.
