Job Summary:
Join our client as an Engineering Consultant III in Pomona, CA, where you’ll manage and optimize engineering project schedules and performance metrics. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment, combining both onsite and remote work.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and update the Design Engineering project portfolio for the designated region or discipline.
• Generate reports on project scope and status, ensuring timely updates using tools like Excel, Access, and Power BI.
• Facilitate change requests to adjust project schedules and maintain performance metrics.
• Develop and manage dashboards to track company performance against key indicators.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align performance metrics with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on setting performance goals and monitoring progress.
Skills Required:
• Proficient in Primavera P6 for report building and schedule assessment.
• Experience with work breakdown structures and project scheduling.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in schedule updating and reporting on P6.
