Join Our Team as an EPCM Lead Manager (Allocations)!
As our EPCM Lead Manager (Allocations), you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Architect a comprehensive EPM solution for allocations, driving efficiency and accuracy
- Lead engaging design and technical sessions with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Design intuitive EPCM forms and implement effective business rules
- Oversee development work with our offshore teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Lead the build of EPCM applications, bringing our vision to life
- Collaborate closely with other tracks, including FCCS, EPBCS, Integrations, Conversions, and Reporting, to ensure seamless integration and alignment
Top Technical Skills:
- EPCM (Enterprise Performance Management Cloud), particularly in allocations
- Oracle EPM EPCM and Profitability and Cost Management
- Strong proficiency in designing and implementing allocation methodologies
Experience:
- Proven experience in architecting and leading EPM solutions, with a focus on allocations
- A track record of successfully leading design and technical sessions with clients
- Strong expertise in designing EPCM forms and implementing business rules
- Experience in managing development work with offshore teams, ensuring timely and quality deliverables
- Proficiency in building EPCM applications and updating system configurations
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Certifications in Oracle EPM EPCM or related areas would be advantageous
