Job Title: Estimating & Pricing Specialist
Location: Renton, Washington (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We work to deliver technical excellence in estimating and pricing, supporting projects from initial requirements through design, build, and ongoing support. Our team provides critical analyses and recommendations to guide successful decision-making and drive business value across programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, prepare, and validate estimates and prices based on technical program requirements.
- Evaluate requests for proposal and assemble comprehensive price proposals, substantiating estimates as needed.
- Perform analyses and provide recommendations in support of pricing and estimating, including risk and financial assessments.
- Maintain structured systems and databases for program pricing, ensuring rates and factors are current and accurately applied.
Required:
- Education and experience acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) and typically 3 or more years of related work experience, or equivalent combinations (e.g., Master’s + 1 year or 7 years of related work experience).
- Proficient Excel skills for data management and analysis.
- Strong estimating skills associated with technical requirements and proposal development.
- Excellent communication skills for coordination across technical and pricing teams.
