Job Title: Experience Designer
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative Experience Designer to transform tasks into intuitive, accessible, and delightful designs. Our team is dedicated to enhancing customer experiences through innovative design strategies and impactful visual solutions across the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and discover customer and business needs through research and provide effective solutions.
- Execute visual, information, interaction, and service design elements to meet business and customer needs.
- Gauge usability of new and existing products and offer constructive suggestions for improvements.
- Collaborate in an agile environment to validate designs through user testing and provide actionable feedback.
Required:
- 2-4 years of related experience in digital user experience and web development.
- Proficiency with Figma suite of design tools or similar digital prototyping tools.
- Ability to gather requirements from users and stakeholders, conducting user research and analysis.
- Understanding of frontend development fundamentals and accessibility fundamentals.
