Job Title: Experience Designer Lead
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a design leader who can turn complex challenges into intuitive, accessible, and highly usable experiences across the full product lifecycle. Our team is looking for someone who can shape design strategy, guide discovery, and translate research findings into clear direction that improves the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery efforts to uncover customer and business needs through contextual inquiries, generative research, and quantitative research.
- Set design direction and strategy while creating vision for customer needs and experience improvements.
- Communicate concepts and product direction through user journeys, storyboards, prototypes, wireframes, and related design materials.
- Establish research methods and strategies, conduct studies, and present findings that inform usability and experience improvements.
Required:
- 6-8 years of related experience.
- Experience with Employee Engagement, Agile, Web Development, Digital User Experience, Business Requirements Documentation (BRD), Wireframing, IT Architecture, JavaScript, and Data Visualization.
- Ability to design for usability across new and existing products and adjust solutions to align with shifting customer expectations.
- Experience transforming complex tasks into accessible and easy-to-use designs throughout the experience lifecycle.
