Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
Location: Round Rock, Texas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a service-oriented professional to oversee and support daily facilities operations while fostering an exceptional environment for customers, vendors, and visitors. Our team values proactive contribution and effective collaboration to ensure the smooth running of facility management functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist facility management and project teams with tactical planning and special projects.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and conference room reservations while providing full support as needed.
- Manage procurement and administration of property supplies, services, and contracts; process accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain security systems and provide direction to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure seamless execution of work.
Required:
- Associate's degree in facilities management, building, business, or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience with facility or property administration.
- Superior customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to customize administrative reports.
