Job Summary:
We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to play a crucial role in overseeing and executing maintenance activities at a leading institute for regenerative medicine. Our team values detail-oriented professionals who can manage both routine and project-based maintenance tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Execute planned and reactive maintenance activities at the institute.
- Coordinate small and medium-sized projects, including scheduling vendor visits.
- Manage vendors for routine maintenance and emergency repairs in office and laboratory spaces.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or trade school graduate.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated organizational skills in day-to-day maintenance operations.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
