Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Tampa, Florida (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Facilities Manager opportunity supporting the delivery of quality facilities management services across a dynamic environment. This position is focused on coordinating tenant needs, managing service delivery, and supporting reporting, budgeting, and operational improvements that help keep facilities running effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Area Manager with short- and long-term project implementation for the client project.
- Develop and improve programs, processes, and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including variance reporting on operating budgets for each property.
- Assist with annual management plan development, vendor performance oversight, and coordination of facilities-related service delivery.
Required:
- Minimum of 6 years of industry experience in the corporate environment, third-party service provider environment, or as a consultant.
- Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations, with oversight of both technical and administrative staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS/Work Order systems.
