Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Celina, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Facilities Manager to provide oversight of facilities management, plant operations, and critical support services in a highly regulated environment. Our team is looking for a professional who can help maintain safe, compliant, and efficient operations while supporting financial performance, vendor coordination, and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the plant operations team, including maintenance, financial, CMMS, safety, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Monitor operational performance, identify KPI and SLA gaps, and recommend action plans to improve results.
- Support maintenance, projects, and vendor activities while helping ensure safe work practices and adherence to infection control procedures.
- Ensure building systems and equipment are maintained in line with applicable State, Federal, and Local regulatory requirements.
Required:
- 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience.
- Managerial experience with proven budget and personnel responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations, with oversight of technical and administrative staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint, and computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems.
