Job Title: Facilities Records Analyst
Location: Davenport, Iowa (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for a detail-oriented CAD professional to help maintain accurate facility records and as-built documentation for a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on-site, collaborating with facility stakeholders, and ensuring documentation integrity across multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update CAD documentation to reflect accurate existing field conditions.
- Conduct quality checks and verify record drawings against current site conditions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, engineers, vendors, and contractors to confirm documentation accuracy.
- Organize and manage a digital database of as-built files with current version control and accessibility.
Required:
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial CAD documentation, as-built drawing management, or facilities documentation.
- Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience with a strong facilities background.
- Experience assessing existing field conditions and translating findings into accurate CAD record updates.
- Experience maintaining and organizing digital databases of as-built files and record drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups and work independently on-site.
