Job Title: Facilities Technician
Location: Toledo, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent professional to support facility operations, inspections, and maintenance processes for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment. Our team values individuals who contribute to reliable building maintenance while ensuring safety and operational efficiency across assigned facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist operations teams with maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
- Perform general interior maintenance tasks, including HVAC/R coil cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, and kitchen equipment upkeep.
- Conduct minor plumbing repairs and maintain lighting systems by replacing bulbs and ballasts.
- Complete special tasks as assigned, such as painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general facility maintenance.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
- Possession and maintenance of a valid state driver’s license.
- Minimum one year of applicable experience in general building repair, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
- Ability to lift at least 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft., and successfully complete background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening processes.
