Job Title: Facilities Technician
Location: Wilmington, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing an opportunity for a Facilities Technician to support a multi-building campus with hands-on maintenance, inspections, and emergency response across essential building systems. Our team is looking for a candidate who can help keep operations safe, efficient, and reliable through strong technical capability and a proactive approach to facility care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems and components.
- Monitor and respond to building automation system alarms and support ongoing operation of HVAC-related systems.
- Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, interior and exterior building components, and related grounds.
- Complete facility inspections, respond to emergencies, prepare condition reports, and support safe, efficient campus operations.
Required:
- Universal EPA 608 Certification.
- At least 4 years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in packaged HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment repair and maintenance.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Ability to comply with safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping and safe work areas, recognize safety hazards, and follow applicable State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws.
