Job Title: Facilities Technician
Location: Columbus, Ohio (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting on behalf of this company for a Facilities Technician opportunity that plays a key role in keeping the building safe, secure, and well maintained. Our team is looking for a professional who can support daily operations, respond to maintenance needs, and help ensure critical systems continue to run efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the facility to help ensure it remains safe, secure, and well maintained.
- Troubleshoot power, HVAC system and controls, and mechanical systems.
- Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management.
- Support lighting replacement, furniture and equipment moves, and other assigned facility repairs.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 2–4 years of experience is required.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Ability to work 2nd Shift, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with first and second interviews virtual and the final interview onsite.
- Ability to support an onsite facility environment in Columbus, Ohio.
