Job Title: Facilities Technician
Location: Tualatin, Oregon (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for a hands-on facilities professional to help maintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained work environment. Our team is looking for someone who can manage preventive maintenance, complete general repairs, and support day-to-day site needs through the end of March 2027.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the facility to help ensure it remains safe, secure, and well maintained.
- Complete weekly and monthly preventive maintenance tasks and related checklists.
- Troubleshoot power, HVAC system and controls, and mechanical systems as needed.
- Support general repair work, contractor escorting, PPE compliance, and miscellaneous site tasks.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years of experience required.
- PIT certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience in Corrigo is preferred but not required.
- Experience with HVAC certification would be great.
