Job Title: Facilities Technician
Location: Alburtis, Pennsylvania (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support the daily operation, maintenance, and reliability of critical facility systems at a busy site. This role plays an important part in helping maintain uptime, responding to issues quickly, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operation and perform repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair drainage systems, restroom fixtures, compressed air systems, and dock and loading equipment.
  • Review equipment logs and CMMS work orders to verify system performance, identify issues, and support timely reporting and resolution.
  • Prioritize preventative, corrective, and emergency work orders while coordinating equipment downtime with the client to reduce operational impact.

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED, or comparable work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities technician and maintenance work.
  • Proven experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance on facility systems, including MEP infrastructure.
  • Strong ability to diagnose system malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Hands-on experience using tools and equipment required for facility maintenance and repairs.
  • Proficiency with smartphones and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to respond to emergency service calls and participate in an on-call rotation with a required on-site response time.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Preferred experience using Corrigo or similar CMMS platforms, working knowledge of dock equipment and compressed air systems, vendor coordination experience, basic electrical/plumbing/mechanical certifications or trade training, and experience in a commercial, industrial, or manufacturing facility environment.
