Job Title: Facilities Technician
Location: Tualatin, Oregon (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Facilities Technician opportunity supporting building maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day site needs. Our team is looking for someone who can help keep the facility safe, secure, and well-maintained while contributing to a smooth transition period.
Responsibilities:
- Complete weekly and monthly preventative maintenance tasks.
- Perform general handyman repairs and support miscellaneous site needs during the closing process.
- Escort contractors and ensure required PPE is being worn.
- Complete checklists and reports in a timely manner while supporting ongoing facility upkeep.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years of experience required.
- Ability to monitor the facility to help ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Experience supporting general maintenance work, including carpentry, plumbing systems, lighting bulbs and ballasts, and mechanical systems.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are needed.
- PIT certification or relevant experience is preferred and HVAC certification is a plus.
- Experience with Corrigo is preferred.
