Job Title: Facilities Technician
Location: El Paso, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for a skilled facilities professional to help maintain reliable building operations across a multi-building campus. We are looking for someone who can bring strong HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and CMMS experience to support safe, efficient daily operations and high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain refrigeration, water cooling, air conditioning, boiler, heating, hot water, pumping, piping, and filtration systems.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and contractor activity to support safe and effective building operations.
- Identify safety hazards, support compliance documentation, and help maintain building drawings and single-line records.
- Provide hands-on guidance, basic troubleshooting support, and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Required:
- 5+ years of facility-related work experience, including customer service, leadership, and supervisory experience.
- Experience with CMMS work order systems; Corrigo experience is required.
- HVAC and EPA certifications are required, along with knowledge of electrical systems and 120-480 volt work.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
