Job Title: FCW Program Manager
Location: Remote (Need only EST candidates)

Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for a highly capable Program Manager to help run a fast-paced Flexible Contract Workforce program end to end. This position offers the chance to partner directly with business stakeholders, shape contingent workforce operations, and bring strong judgment to sourcing, compliance, reporting, and supplier management.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate new contract needs into well-scoped requests, advise on sourcing strategy, and coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Manage supplier and vendor activity across the lifecycle, including selection, rate negotiation, onboarding, offboarding, invoicing, and SLA performance tracking.
  • Process contract worker extensions, terminations, tenure tracking, year-end renewals, equipment provisioning, and shared inbox support while escalating risks appropriately.
  • Run reports in Workday and Beeline, build Excel-based analysis for headcount, spend, and cycle time, and support leadership metrics reporting and process improvement initiatives.
  • The person will be directly involved in sourcing activities, working with staffing vendors, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, supporting managers, and managing the contingent worker lifecycle.

Required:

  • 6+ years of experience in the contingent workforce industry, gained on the client side, supplier side, or through an MSP.
  • Pharma, biotech, life sciences is must have.
  • The strongest candidate would have experience working within an in-house MSP/contingent workforce program on the sponsor/client side. MSP experience is also highly desirable.
  • VMS experience is required; Beeline is strongly preferred, and other platforms will be considered.
  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced pivot tables, lookups, and formula-driven analysis.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • A solution-focused critical thinker who can question and challenge program scenarios, work comfortably with ambiguity, communicate clearly, and exercise sound judgment on when to escalate.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
