Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are searching for a resourceful and dynamic individual to join our team as a Finance Manager, playing a critical role in strategic workforce planning. Our team is dedicated to ensuring cost structures align with spend management, influencing the realignment of over 1,000 employees to correct cost centers, whilst ensuring effective data and change management.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and HR teams to guide a strategic workforce planning project.
- Audit, cleanse, and analyze large data sets to reassign employees accurately to their cost centers.
- Develop extracts from multiple spreadsheets, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
- Oversee the renaming and closure of outdated cost centers, ensuring data confidentiality.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in Excel for data management and decision-making support.
- 3-5 years of experience in change management and leading data-driven projects.
- Proven ability for strong cross-team collaboration with Finance and HR teams.
