Job Title: Finance Transformation Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking experienced professionals to lead a high-impact initiative focused on optimizing and governing financial processes for a major technology/delivery sector client. Our team values those who can drive end-to-end transformation by bridging the gap between finance and operations while ensuring accuracy in financial and operational reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management of finance transformation initiatives, focusing on optimizing Refunds and Appeasements (R&A) processes.
- Establish and implement governance, taxonomy, and a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for R&A-related activities and data.
- Resolve misalignments between operations and finance, minimizing discrepancies in R&A reporting and process handovers.
- Analyze and address data gaps regarding reason codes for R&A actions to ensure comprehensive and accurate reporting.
Required:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management with a primary focus on finance transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in finance and accounting, with strong knowledge of cost management, General Ledger accounts, and P&L reporting.
- Proven ability to lead and drive consensus across cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and IT, within complex technical environments.
- Strong analytical skills and capability in conducting data gap analysis and building unified reporting structures for R&A activities.
